Starting from Exit 13 the road is being constructed through RangaReddy District collectrate IDOC building leading to the Future cityat Mirkhanpet.

Road Name : Ratan Tata Greenfield Road (also referred to as the 330 ft Radial Road).
Location: Connects Raviryala (ORR Exit 13) to Meerkhanpet and extends to Amangal, serving the 30,000-acre Bharath Future City/4th City development.
Infrastructure Impact: It is a 6-lane access-controlled expressway designed to reduce travel time, passing through key areas such as Kongara Kalan, Kandukur, and Maheshwaram.
Status: Lane acquisition (approx. 1,000 acres) has been undertaken by the Telangana government, and construction on different phases (Raviryal to Meerkhanpet) is underway.
Key Future City Hubs: The road connects directly to the Proposed Metro Corridor, RangaReddy District collectrate, Foxconn,AI City, Data Centre Clusters (Amazon Data Centre), World Trade Centre (WTC), and the Young India Skill University (YISU).HMDA/FCDA Approved Zone: The area around this road, specifically Kongara Kalan and surrounding areas, is witnessing rapid development in HMDA-approved projects, often marketed as high-growth investment zones.
